Like the perfect symmetry of our diamond hoop earrings, we aim for perfection in your shopping experience. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items, with exceptions noted below.

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain the integrity of our most delicate pieces, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalized or custom-designed jewelry (including engraved pieces)
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons, all earring styles including diamond huggie earrings and chandelier styles are final sale)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Step 2: Package Your Item

Return your jewelry in its original packaging with all certificates and tags attached, as carefully as our artisans set diamonds in our cluster rings. Include the original invoice.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:
