Our Return Commitment
Like the perfect symmetry of our diamond hoop earrings, we aim for perfection in your shopping experience. We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items, with exceptions noted below.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the integrity of our most delicate pieces, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personalized or custom-designed jewelry (including engraved pieces)
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons, all earring styles including diamond huggie earrings and chandelier styles are final sale)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- The item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Package Your Item
Return your jewelry in its original packaging with all certificates and tags attached, as carefully as our artisans set diamonds in our cluster rings. Include the original invoice.
Step 3: Ship Your Return

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund Timing: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
- Price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly
- Standard shipping fees apply for the new item
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your diamond bracelet or pendant arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
