We offer two shipping options to bring your diamond treasures to you:

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping

  • Available for orders over $50
  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations (excluding Asia and certain remote areas). Like the journey of our diamond journey pendants, sometimes the most precious things take a little longer to arrive.

Returns & Exchanges

Should your jewelry not shine as brightly as expected, we offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. Our policy reflects the clarity of our finest diamond circle pendants – transparent and brilliant.

Non-Returnable Items

To preserve the integrity of our most delicate pieces, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalized or custom-designed jewelry (including engraved pieces)
  • All earrings (for hygiene reasons, including diamond huggie earrings, chandelier earrings, and other styles)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Return your jewelry in its original packaging with all certificates and tags attached, as carefully as our artisans set diamonds in our cluster rings. Include the original invoice.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:
